LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS TO BECOME AN EKG TECHNICIAN
EKG Technician course is a curriculum designed to prepare students for the EKG technician position. The course includes: Physiological Foundations, Basic Cardiac Anatomy, Lecture and Cases with labs. Students will learn to identify the anatomical location of the heart and the important structures which surrounds the heart. Students will prepare patients to obtain an EKG rhythm by using a standard 12-Lead EKG and color-coded five-lead wire system. We will educate students to interpret various sinus rhythms such as; Atrial Rhythms, Junctional Rhythms, and Ventricular Rhythms.
Moreover, we will instruct students on how to calculate heart rate and various waves and segments from an EKG rhythm strip.

Mornings:
Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 2 PM for 2 weeks
Evenings:
Monday – Thursday, 6 PM – 10 PM for 3 weeks
Weekends:
Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM for 8 weeks
Enrollment Requirements
Eligibility for entrance, the following items are required of all applicants:
- Tour of the center in person.
- Proof of High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or higher College Degree from an accredited school in the United States.
- Foreign country high school diploma or higher college degree (must be in English or translated into English).
- If student does not meet the above-mentioned requirement, NO PROBLEM. Student can take an entrance exam at school known as Ability to Benefit Test provided by the school.
- Payment of registration fee.
